Privacy & electronic records

Caveman Flooring LLC collects contractor identity, contact information, tax information, and signatures to administer contractor onboarding and tax reporting. All data is encrypted in transit. Tax forms and signed documents are encrypted in private storage.

Access and records

You can sign in with your verified email to download your signed records. Access is limited to you and authorized Caveman administration. We record signature timestamps, IP addresses, document fingerprints, and relevant access events. Caveman’s administrator uses email verification and an authenticator code.

Electronic signatures

You will review each document and explicitly consent before signing. Typing your name and submitting the signature records your intent to sign. You need a modern browser, email access, and a PDF reader to retain copies. You may decline to sign electronically and contact us for an alternative. Contact us to request corrections or withdraw consent for future electronic records; withdrawal does not undo a signature already submitted.
